参观秦始皇兵马俑，近距离了解两千多年前的地下军阵。返回市区登西安古城墙，游览钟鼓楼广场；晚上享用特色饺子宴并欣赏唐代歌舞表演。Visit the Terracotta Army and its life-size underground formations. Return to the city for the ancient wall and Bell & Drum Tower Square, followed by a dumpling banquet and Tang Dynasty music-and-dance show.

前往以险峻花岗岩山峰闻名的华山。搭乘景区交通和缆车进入山中，在安全开放步道上欣赏峭壁、松林与关中平原景色，傍晚返回西安。Travel to dramatic Mount Hua. Use park transport and cableway access to enjoy granite peaks, cliff scenery and views across the Guanzhong Plain before returning to Xi’an.

乘高铁前往青藏高原东部门户西宁。参观藏传佛教名寺塔尔寺，欣赏壁画、堆绣与酥油花；随后游览东关清真大寺，晚餐品尝青海特色手抓羊肉。Take the high-speed train to Xining. Visit Kumbum Monastery for Tibetan Buddhist art, then Dongguan Grand Mosque, followed by a Qinghai-style hand-grabbed lamb dinner.

前往中国最大的内陆咸水湖青海湖，欣赏高原湖水、草原与远山。返回后登上青藏软卧列车前往拉萨，列车沿世界著名高原铁路逐渐升高。Visit Qinghai Lake for high-altitude lake, grassland and mountain scenery. Later board the soft-sleeper Qinghai–Tibet train to Lhasa as the railway climbs onto the plateau.

白天继续欣赏青藏铁路沿途的雪山、草原和高原湖泊，下午抵达拉萨。接站后入住酒店并休息，让身体逐步适应海拔，避免剧烈活动。Enjoy snow mountains, grasslands and plateau lakes from the train before arriving in Lhasa. Transfer to the hotel and rest quietly to acclimatize to the altitude.

前往乐山，游览依山临江开凿的世界遗产乐山大佛。根据现场安排从观景区或游船欣赏大佛全貌，了解古代水利、宗教与石刻艺术。Travel to Leshan to see the World Heritage Giant Buddha carved into the riverside cliff. View it from the scenic area or by boat, subject to local conditions, and learn about its engineering and Buddhist heritage.
