1. 预订与付款1. Reservations & Payment

预订时请提供与护照完全一致的旅客姓名、出生日期、护照号码、有效期及联系方式。您可通过电话、电子邮件、线上申请或到访办公室预订。At booking, provide each traveler's full name exactly as shown on the passport, date of birth, passport number, expiration date and contact information. Reservations may be made by phone, email, online request or in person.

• 每位旅客预订时须支付 $300 订金。A $300 deposit per passenger is due at reservation.
• 除最终书面确认另有说明外，余额须在支付订金后 10 天内付清。Unless the final written confirmation states otherwise, the balance is due within 10 days after the deposit.
• 邮轮、航空公司及其他供应商可能要求不同的订金、付款期限和不可退款款项；这些要求会在确认时说明。Cruise lines, airlines and other suppliers may require different deposits, deadlines or nonrefundable amounts; those requirements will be stated at confirmation.

2. 取消政策2. Cancellation Policy

取消必须以书面方式提交。以下为 Holiday China 旅行团的一般取消费用；若供应商或最终确认文件规定更高或不同费用，则以该规定为准。Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The following are Holiday China's general tour cancellation fees; higher or different supplier charges shown in the final confirmation will apply when applicable.

已出票的机票、邮轮、酒店、签证服务或其他供应商费用，可能另加取消费、变更费和服务费。Issued airline tickets, cruises, hotels, visa services and other supplier items may carry additional cancellation, change and service fees.

3. 旅行团费用通常包含3. Tour Fares Generally Include

• 行程注明的当地交通。Local ground transportation specified in the itinerary.
• 行程注明等级的酒店；价格通常按两人一房计算，单人房须付单房差。Hotels of the stated class; pricing is generally based on two adults sharing, with a single supplement for single occupancy.
• 行程中明确列出的餐食。Meals expressly listed in the itinerary.
• 行程注明的英文或中英文导游服务。English-speaking or bilingual guide services as stated.
• 行程注明的观光、活动、表演和主要门票。Sightseeing, activities, performances and main admission fees stated in the itinerary.
• 确认文件明确列出的税费。Taxes and fees expressly listed in the confirmation.

4. 费用通常不含4. Fares Generally Exclude

• 导游、司机、邮轮工作人员及其他服务人员小费。Gratuities for guides, drivers, cruise staff and other service personnel.
• 护照、签证和入境许可费用。Passport, visa and entry-permit costs.
• 未列明的机票、行李费、餐食、饮料、个人消费与自费活动。Unlisted airfare, baggage fees, meals, beverages, personal expenses and optional activities.
• 旅行保险。Travel insurance.
• 因天气、自然灾害、罢工、战争、政府规定、检疫、交通中断或其他超出旅行社控制的情况所产生的额外费用。Extra costs caused by weather, natural disaster, strike, war, government action, quarantine, transportation disruption or other events outside the agency's control.

5. 行程与供应商变更5. Itinerary & Supplier Changes

为安全、天气、交通、运营或其他合理原因，Holiday China 及相关供应商可调整行程顺序、交通、酒店、活动或出发时间，并在可能范围内安排同等级或合理替代方案。航空公司、邮轮公司、酒店及当地服务商为独立供应商，其时刻、规则和服务可能发生变化。For safety, weather, transportation, operational or other reasonable reasons, Holiday China and its suppliers may adjust itinerary order, transportation, hotels, activities or departure times and, where practical, provide comparable or reasonable substitutes. Airlines, cruise lines, hotels and local operators are independent suppliers whose schedules, rules and services may change.

6. 旅客文件、健康与责任6. Traveler Documents, Health & Responsibility

• 旅客负责确保护照在旅行期间有效，并取得所需签证、许可和健康文件。Travelers are responsible for valid passports and all required visas, permits and health documents.
• 旅客应确认自己适合参加相关活动，并提前告知行动、饮食或医疗方面的合理需求。Travelers should confirm fitness for planned activities and disclose reasonable mobility, dietary or medical needs in advance.
• 旅客须遵守目的地法律、供应商规定及团队安全指示。Travelers must follow destination laws, supplier rules and group safety instructions.
• 因旅客提供错误资料、证件不足、迟到、未出现或违反规定而产生的损失由旅客承担。Travelers are responsible for losses caused by incorrect information, missing documents, lateness, no-show or rule violations.

7. 旅行保险7. Travel Insurance

强烈建议购买适当的旅行保险，包括行程取消或中断、紧急医疗、撤离、行李延误或遗失等保障。保障范围、限额和除外责任以保险公司的保单为准。Appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended, including protection for trip cancellation or interruption, emergency medical care, evacuation, baggage delay or loss. Coverage, limits and exclusions are controlled by the insurer's policy.
