抵达兰州机场或火车站后，由导游迎接并送往酒店。根据抵达时间自由探索黄河之都。Meet your guide at Lanzhou airport or railway station and transfer to the hotel. Explore the Yellow River city at leisure according to your arrival time.
游览中山铁桥、白塔山公园、黄河母亲雕像和水车园，沿黄河散步。晚上前往正宁路夜市，品尝兰州牛肉面、手抓羊肉和三炮台茶。Visit Zhongshan Iron Bridge, White Pagoda Park, the Mother Yellow River statue and Waterwheel Park. Tonight sample Lanzhou beef noodles and regional specialties at Zhengning Road Night Market.
乘高铁前往张掖，参观大佛寺和七彩丹霞国家地质公园。傍晚乘车前往嘉峪关入住酒店；当天路程较长。Take the high-speed train to Zhangye for the Giant Buddha Temple and colorful Danxia National Geopark, then continue by coach to Jiayuguan. This is a long but rewarding travel day.
参观长城博物馆和明代长城西端的重要关隘嘉峪关城楼。时间允许可自费游览悬壁长城，俯瞰戈壁与祁连山景色。Explore the Great Wall Museum and Jiayuguan Fort, the celebrated western pass of the Ming Great Wall. If time allows, add an optional visit to the Overhanging Great Wall.
乘车约四小时前往敦煌，游览鸣沙山和沙漠绿洲月牙泉。晚上可自由前往沙州夜市，或自费欣赏丝路主题演出。Drive about four hours to Dunhuang and visit the Singing Sand Dunes and Crescent Lake oasis. This evening explore Shazhou Night Market or enjoy an optional Silk Road performance.
深入戈壁游览玉门关、汉长城遗址和雅丹国家地质公园，感受古丝路边关与“魔鬼城”的奇特地貌。请准备防晒用品、饮水及适量食品。Journey into the Gobi Desert for Jade Gate Pass, the Han Great Wall ruins and Yardang National Geologic Park. Bring sun protection, water and snacks for the remote desert drive.
先在莫高窟数字展示中心观看介绍影片，再由景区导游带领参观开放洞窟。下午前往柳园南站，乘约3.5小时高铁抵达吐鲁番。洞窟内禁止摄影。Begin at the Mogao Digital Exhibition Center, then visit selected caves with a site guide. This afternoon take the high-speed train from Liuyuan South to Turpan. Photography is prohibited inside the caves.
沿火焰山大峡谷前往吐峪沟和麻扎村，了解维吾尔传统生活；随后参观坎儿井博物馆和交河故城。傍晚乘车前往乌鲁木齐。Travel through Flaming Mountain Grand Canyon to Tuyuk Valley and Mazar Village, then visit the Karez Museum and Jiaohe Ancient City before driving to Urumqi.
上午参观新疆维吾尔自治区博物馆，了解丝路文物和古代文明；下午前往天山天池。可沿湖散步，游船和马牙山缆车为自费项目。Visit the Xinjiang Regional Museum, then travel to Heavenly Lake for alpine scenery beneath the Bogda Mountains. Lakeside walks are included; boat cruises and the Maya Mountain cable car are optional.
搭乘早班机前往喀什，游览香妃园、艾提尕尔清真寺和喀什古城。在百年老茶馆休息，感受维吾尔手工艺和当地生活。Fly to Kashgar and visit Abakh Hoja Tomb, Id Kah Mosque and Kashgar Old Town. Pause at a century-old tea house and discover Uyghur crafts and daily life.
沿中巴友谊公路前往帕米尔高原，在白沙湖停留，随后抵达海拔约3,600米的喀拉库勒湖，欣赏慕士塔格峰、雪山、草原和牧民村落。Travel the Karakoram Highway across the Pamir Plateau, stop at White Sand Lake, then enjoy Karakul Lake beneath Muztagh Ata and the surrounding snow peaks before returning to Kashgar.
根据航班时间游览喀什特色巴扎；若适逢星期日，可体验著名牲畜市场。随后送往机场、火车站或陆路口岸。Explore one of Kashgar's colorful bazaars according to your departure time. On Sundays, the livestock market may be visited before your airport, railway-station or land-border transfer.
