Terms and Conditions

Reservations:

1. Reservation: You can make reservations by phone, fax, or mail. You can also reserve online or by visiting our office. Please provide passenger’s full name as shown on the passport, birthdays, passport # and expiration date. 2. Payment: Deposit of $300 per passenger is due at time of reservation. Balance is due in 10 days after making deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation notice must be written. It can be faxed or mailed. Cancellation fees apply. If the cancellation was made 90 days or more before departure, $300 per person would be charged; 30 to 89 days before departure, $500 per person woud be charged; 4 to 29 days before departure, $800 per person would be charged; 3 days or less before departure, 100% of total payment would be charged ;

If airline tickets have been issued at time of cancellation (regardless of number of days prior to departure), an additional airline cancellation fee and service charge would be accessed.

Tour Fares Include:

1. Ground Transportation for the whole trip in China unless specified.

2. Hotels : Hotels we use are 4 star rankings or the best locally. Tour fare(s) is based on two adults sharing one room of two beds. Passengers can also request one queen or king size bed room (Availabily is not guaranteed); Single supplement applies for travelers using single rooms. Preferred accommodations subject to change to similar class hotels.

3. Most Meals: Three meals daily will be provided unless specified. Buffet breakfasts are provided in the hotels. Lunches and dinners are served with unique culinary events and local cuisines.

4. English speaking tour guide service.

5. Sightseeings, special cultural activities and performances: Programs are executed according to the itineraries. Holiday ChinaChina reserves the right to change the itineraries for the reasons of weather, fire, strikes, war, flight schedule adjustment or cancellations, safety issue, political reasons, custom regulations, natural disasters and others.

6. Admission/entrance Fees: All necessary main entrance fees for the programs or places mentioned in the itineraries are included.

7. Tax and fees: Air tax, fuel surcharge, airport tax, local government tax and fees.

Tour Fares Exclude:

1. Tips for tour guides and drivers. Suggested rates:

A. For group size of 9 or more: $5 per person per day for the local tour guide; $4 per person per day for driver.

B. For group size of 8 or less: $6 per person per day for the national tour guide; $5 per person per day for the local tour guide;

2. Visa for China (We provide the service with extra charge).

3. Any other charges caused by the acts of God, natural disasters, fires, weather, governmental and local authority's orders, political change, strikes, war, riots, quarantine, custom regulations, damages or injury caused by the accident beyond the responsibilities of travel agents and incurred due to the tourist action violating the laws.

4. Travel insurance (optional, you can purchase through us).
