前往慕田峪长城，途中参观玉器馆。可自费乘坐往返缆车。晚上欣赏金面王朝演出。Explore the less-crowded Mutianyu Great Wall, with an optional round-trip cable car. Tonight enjoy the Golden Mask Dynasty Show.

参观天坛和五道营胡同，随后乘高铁前往上海。抵达后由当地导游接站并送往酒店。Visit the Temple of Heaven and Wudaoying Hutong, then take the high-speed train to Shanghai and transfer to your hotel.

游览百龙天梯、袁家界、天子山及十里画廊，欣赏石英砂岩峰林。晚餐体验湘西土家风味。Ride the Bailong Elevator and explore Yuanjiajie, Tianzi Mountain and Ten-mile Gallery amid the sandstone pillar landscape.

前往张家界大峡谷和玻璃桥。当天步行及台阶较多，建议穿防滑运动鞋；景点可能因天气临时调整。Visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and its glass bridge. Expect substantial walking and stairs; wear sturdy shoes. Weather may require local adjustments.

乘世界著名的天门山索道上山，体验玻璃栈道并游览天门洞。行程结束后送往机场或火车站。Ride the Tianmen Mountain cableway, walk the cliffside Sky Walk and see Tianmen Cave before your airport or railway transfer.
